Adirondack Housing Needs Assessment to focus on challenges for full-time residents

HAPEC is part of the NeighborWorks network, an affiliation of more than 240 nonprofit organizations located in every state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The NeighborWorks network was founded and is supported by NeighborWorks America, which creates opportunities for people to live in affordable homes, improve their lives and strengthen their communities.

The Housing Assistance Program of Essex County’s office located at 103 Hand Avenue Elizabethtown and Clinton County Housing Assistance Program located at 24 Margaret St. Suite 7 Plattsburgh are closed to the public until further notice due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Both offices will remain open and staff can still be reached by phone, email, fax, or regular mail.
