The Housing Assistance Program of Essex County’s office located at 103 Hand Avenue Elizabethtown and Clinton County Housing Assistance Program located at 24 Margaret St. Suite 7 Plattsburgh are closed to the public until further notice due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Both offices will remain open and staff can still be reached by phone, email, fax, or regular mail.
