The Housing Assistance Program of Essex County, Inc. (HAPEC) is offering Home Buyer Education classes on June 26th, 2019 & August 7th, 2019 from 9am-3pm at our Plattsburgh office on 72 Clinton St. The cost is $65 per person or $75 per couple.
